Kia Downeys in Newtownards is the best place I have bought a car from the staff in all departments are so helpfully . And they treat you like you are the most important person they have seen. I would like to Add that Paul dealing with Motability is fantastic he explains everything so well and then you just leave it to him and it’s done great service

Even though the car suffered some frustrating shipping delays at the port, the customer service was top-notch. Our sales exec, Phil, was brilliant at keeping us in the loop every step of the way, and the manager, Russell, was incredibly accommodating. They even loaned us a similar car for a couple of weeks to tide us over. It was completely unnecessary on their part as the delay wasn't their fault, but it was deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and a special shoutout to Phil and Russell for going the extra mile! 🙌
