Even though the car suffered some frustrating shipping delays at the port, the customer service was top-notch. Our sales exec, Phil, was brilliant at keeping us in the loop every step of the way, and the manager, Russell, was incredibly accommodating. They even loaned us a similar car for a couple of weeks to tide us over. It was completely unnecessary on their part as the delay wasn't their fault, but it was deeply appreciated.
